This off-grid property operates on solar energy during the day and relies on battery storage at night for energy needs. With tank water as its water source and an eco-friendly composting toilet. However, guests are advised to be mindful of power consumption at night times. Additionally, for optimal phone service, it is recommended to use Telstra.

Upon turning onto Balala Road from Kingstown Road, continue for 1.9 km. The property entrance, marked with 'New England Retreat' signs, will be on your left. Guests have the option of flying into Armidale Airport, approximately a 35 minutes drive from our property.
